Is it possible to make 0.75KW motor earthing from MCC panel by
using the 1.5 SQMM, 4 core cable, means 3 core for 3 Phases &
1 core for Earth terminal?

For earthing we don't need to use 4 cores, only a single core is enough for earthing. And 1.5sqmm single core cable is enough for earthing of 0.75 kW motor.

Yes it can be done.Do not worry for fault level because it
will be greaty reduced due to lowersize cable. But make sure
you have installed earth fault protection device to isolate
incase of earth fault.

need to make a report. Need to choose a 3phase induction motor. Load conditions motor will operate in : Maximum Load: 30 Kw Speed: 2950 rpm Ambient temp: 20 cent Supply voltage: 440V Frequency: 50Hz need to look for the safety factor when choosing the motor, went through catalouge found a few, but dont know how to choose the safety factor allowing an extra load something above 30 KW to avoid any harm.
