how will we calculate the copper wire load....

Answer / Sandhi Goel

The copper wire load can be calculated using the American Wire Gauge (AWG) system or the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) system. The basic formula for calculating the maximum current-carrying capacity of a copper wire is as follows:nnI = k * A / LnnWhere:n- I is the current-carrying capacity in amperesn- k is a constant that depends on the insulation material and temperature rating of the wiren- A is the cross-sectional area of the wire in square millimeters (mm²)n- L is the length of the wire in meters (m).nnFor copper wires, the value of k can be obtained from tables or online calculators based on the specific AWG or IEC size and temperature rating.nnTo calculate the load for a given application, you will need to determine the total current required by all connected devices and then select a suitable wire size with an appropriate current-carrying capacity greater than or equal to the total current.
