Megger is a name of a manufacturer that produce Test
Equipment.
However , some persons wrongly use the word megering to
mean "Cable Insulation Resistance Test" .
Moreso, Megger produces Test Equipment for testing
Continuity, Insulation Resistance, Earthing Loop
Impedance/Resistance, and so on.

one rtd sensor which is connected at middle of distillation column where actual temp. is 100deg but when we tight this sensor at thermowell end it goes down to 90 deg & when remove from the thermowell(but sensor end dipped in well) showing actual reading, what is reason?

Why does a pressure gauge installed on reactor, doesn't have any vent line below to release the pressure? Is it any kind of designing mistake or it actually does not require any vent line?
