Transformer EMF equation = 4.44 x Phi x f x N volts.
for same operating voltage if frequency is to be decrease then Phi must be increase.

Now Phi = Bm x A, where A is the Area of Iron Core
so it is clear that on decreasing frequency size of the transformer must be increase.

when conductor rotates in varying magnetic field the emf will induced in it and it is sinusoidal in nature ...? Why it is not in square wave and rectangular wave in nature?
