how to determine the size of power cable according to load current
Answer / sudhakar g
First we have to calculate the load details
Ex: for 100 kw load
I=(kw*1000)/(p.f* 415v*1.732)
=173A
For cable manfacutrer they give the list of for these amp
how much cable we have to lay
If u want to calculate means u have to consider
1) derating factor
2) temprature coffiecent factor
3) kfactor
