Determination of sodium chloride can be done potentiometricaly by using a silver electrode, sodium citrate can be determined by using a polar embedded column on a HPLC, sodium bicarbonate can be estimated by titration, alternatively it can be done by using ion chromatography which will estimate all three component ions.
