In a running D.G set engine and Alternator is revolving at
1500RPM but no output in the terminal>>>>what to do??

Some times the exciter will we discharge due to the leakage or reverse supply at this condition we excite the exciter of the alternator, from 24 volt DC external supply for few time than start the DG it will generate the full voltage.

There is AVR i.e Automatic Voltage Regulator in Alternator. You need to check its settings. There are two knobs provided V+ to increase voltage & V- to decrease voltage of alternator.
If after increasing V+ there is no change in voltage at alternator terminal then check excitaion system.

Unless a proper load is connected to the set, the system will not work.
Consider the load to be current and then check the output.

In our plant we have installed new MCC with ELR and CBCT which is detecting some leakage current in the system but it leading to some confusion when to check that in which feeder which is drawing current we put off the whole panel itself but still CBCT detecting some leakage current so can anybody ans me , where i am going wrong or how to detect whether its actual leakage or CBCT malfunctioning.
