our company have 750 kva oil transformer.still we have
facing a problem that is when voltage is 11.5 kv coming
from HT side then LT-side voltage is 420v or above at tape
1.please give me best solution to decrease the voltage

my friend, you r looking for reduce the output voltage from 420 volts,
case1: try to keep the primary tap position on maximum voltage
for example ur receiving 11.5kv , if in your transformer there is a tap voltage which is more than these value i.e 11.6kv or else apply 11.5kv on that tap position.
same as above u can try on secondary side also
case2: if u have done all the these exercise, then when u connected to load on transformer there will be voltage drop
check at that time may be ur required voltage i.e rated voltage on motor or machine when it is running on load
other wise u can check with grid supply or substation to get required voltage

From the data furnished by you ,it appears that Tap No.1 is
the normal position as there is 5% rise in both primary and
sec voltages, for 11KV/400V Tr
