the only advantage of using crusher dust in concrete is to reduce the volume of sand in the concrete mix whereas the disadvantage if we use complete dust in mix is it get mix with cement and form concrete balls which is not good in concrete mix design

there is basic property (physical and chemical) difference in cement, and crusher dust, so it does not bind each other properly and therefore there may create hair like creack, hence the durebility of the concrete and building structure reduces this is the big disadvatage of using the crush sand.

the question should give us more details like FM of this dust ,absorption and material finner than 200 micron but any way
in case of FM is 2.5 % as example
the advantage using low water cement ratio and less percentage of chemical admixture at concrete mix
hing durability concrete performance specially dry shrinkage
the disadvantage of using crushed rock or gravel are
bleeding of concrete cause of less absorption
harsh concrete due to surface texture of it's particle
high air content of the concrete
