for a particular tag find out "SCS no" "node no" "slot
no" and "channel no" from data base. For a tag which we
want to force open the corresponding SCS then open
Input/output lock window > lock the perticular tag > do it
True or False as per requirement. Hence tag fill be forced

in transmiters(rose mount) how to check output 4-20ma ? and input 24v? i need exact explanation?
