Vibration sensor are npn transistor so they can give negative voltage only so they are set -10 volts

we have LPG spherical Tank and we want to install DP Xmtr for level measurement.below are the physical measurements Total height of tank is 1850 mtr but 0% level is 1000mm above bottom and 100% level is 450 below upper side.What is the LRV and URV and please mention the formula .The SG of LPG is 0.53 and Wet Leg method will be used.
