and 33 kv ?

this is because each line have their destinations,and at
same point other lines are forced to be either stepped up or
down

400 KV line is very important and should not be disturbed by
any other lines.Further, the lines are DC and double strung
,hence the structure of the pylon is such that it can not
accommodate any extra line.
