AND 20 AND 200 IDICATES THE COMPRESSIVE STRENGHT OF THAT
MIX IN "N/mm2"
LIKE, for M20 C.S IS 20 N/mm2
for M200 C.S IS 200N/mm2

M-200 means permisible compressive strength of concrete in
Kg\mm^2

as per IS 456-2000, M20-means mix having char comp strength of 20 N/mm2.(code doesn't recommend M20=200kg/cm2)
similarly,
M200-means mix having char comp strength of 200 N/mm2.(practically no concrete is available as on date)

M20 means itz an ordinary concrete.M refers to the mix and number (20) represents the characteristic compressive strength of concrete N/mm2 which means 20N/mm2 .And also one thing there is not any m200
Concrete had only 15 grades M10 M15 M20 M25 M30 M35 M40 M45 M50 M55 M60 M65 M70 M75 M80
