Book shows this Specification. Why can't we use En series
instead of OHNS. Where it is specifically Used.

All chemical properties of the OHNS steel is correct But there is a difference in explaining OHNS term.Well the correct Name of OHNS term is Oil hardened Non shrinking Steel.

OHNS it is an oil hardening non sticking steel,

chemical composition
carbon- 0.9 -1.3%
chromium- .5%
tungsten- 0.4-0.8%
rest is iron

it has good cutting performance
