it is very simple
let M15 concrete the nominal mix is 1:2:4
1.53/1+2+4 = 0.219 it the quantity for cement in cu.m.
.219*28.8 = 6.31 begs
6.31*50 = 315.5 kg
and sand .219*2 = .438 cu.m.
aggregate .219*4 = .876 cu.m.



all nominal mix are the same.

As per nominal mix M15 is 1:2:4
cement =(1440x.46)/2=331.00 kgs
sand = 2x331 =662.00 kgs
Aggregate = 4x331 =1324.00 kgs

same as M20 also mix is 1:1.5:3

M30 is as per design mix we calculate

1.53 use because dry volume of cement is 52% so thats why we hav to add .52

Percentage of wastage of cement ? Please mention IS code and clause from where I get it.
