Shunt coils are normally used to tripping the breaker for internal or external fault.Normally shunt coil is open(Normally open)whenever its get fault that time its closing the shunt coil .once shunt coil is pick up breaker is trip.

why phase always came one direction in 5pin socket(right hand or left hand) which direction and why..........?
