If it is not for PLCC ,it is for 'Live line ' indication to
indicate whether the line is charged or not.

If we use 3 phase voltage transformer, it wiil be more cost.
and we have do maintenance also. For single voltage
transformer cost will be less. we can get the Phase to
phase distance clearance.
