Slider mechanism becomes complicated for delta connection.

We have a 33/11kv switchyard having 12.5 MVA power transformer. We export & import power through this transformer. When we export power, the PF will be depend on GRID PF & when we import power the PF will be depend on our load PF. but the problem is that,when neither we export nor import but our 33KV vCB is in close position,our meter read the power factor 0.14 to 0.25 at that moment. So how can be we improve the power factor at that moment.

Hi, We facing one similar problem in our computers i.e we are newly constructed our design department after that shifted our computers but our computer desktop screen is vibrating. we are conducted our electrical maintainance person he told that is UPS problem, then we changed the UPS also again we are facing that problem in that room only. then we put lcd monitors that problem is solved. As we know induction squirrel cage motor torque Directly praprortinal to applied voltage in star connection & delta also. If I connect 55KW Motor to DOL starter in load condition does motor withstand the load & what will be the current withdrawn ? motor will not fail ?
