May be due to over excitation.If you are using AVR ,run on
manual channel to check the PLC and auto channel

mr.prakash answer is correct........over excitation of one
DG set & under excitation of another Dg set will lead to
this type of problem.so, check both DG set AVR circuitary
(voltage set value).

in dc transmission the frequency pi is zero, then how it will transmit communication signal?
