in an electronic tri vector meter when the current and voltage sequence changes ? what is the effect of phase sequence on recording of meter
Answer / Danish Husain
An electronic tri-vector meter measures three-phase power quantities (RMS values of voltage and current in each phase) and their phase relationships. If the current or voltage sequence changes, the phase sequence on the meter will also change to reflect the actual conditions in the electrical network. The phase sequence indicates the order in which voltages appear at the terminals of a three-phase system (A, B, C). Common phase sequences are ABCA, ACBA, and BACA. Correct phase sequencing is essential for accurate power calculations.
