There is a loose connection in the neutral conductor before
the point of testing. whenever there is a loose connection
in the neutral wire, the neutral point gets shifted to the
point of loose connection.

Connection of your mesuring equipment to earthing strip is
not proper, First correct connection & then measure it, if
found again please shift your earthing pit postion or
fill/give more water for earthing then meassure.
