earth fault meant by,
when ever electri fault accur in appartus or machine or
network ,the fault curent does not dishcharge on ground
because the earth wire is not conected in ground.so this
fault is called earth fault
over current mean by,
when ever a electrical network or electrical circuits
have takes high current compare then its rated current
value this current called over current fault.
