Answer / yher
to serve as a momentum of the machine so that the machine
can maintain its desired speed. and if also the machine tend
to lower itself, the fly wheel will help to get back to its
original speed since the weight of the fly wheel is enough
to store the rotational energy needed to have a constant speed.
