Everyone has to travel through the steady path of the
career. Like in software, Project Lead-> Project Manager->
Delivery Head---------CEO
the question is asking about your goals to achive in 5 yrs
and we can not answer something which is impossible to
achive in such a short duration.

So, something like, looking forward for next Role.
