both work out to be the same.because mostly clay bricks are
highly irregular in shape when compared to solid blocks.it
is always adviseble to use solid blocks which have least
moisture absorptionand minimun plastering thickness.

Yes bricks are lower price than solid blocks and easily
avilable in site. somehow solid blocks are in heavy in
nature and it is difficulty to dismantling. yes some
advantage solid blocks i.e writting Us rao. but speed of
work is lower due to joint of this heavy in nature.
