As far as I know It denotes the Peak and RMS value of
voltage.
U have mentioned as LI 75 AC 28 which can be re written as
LI/AC 75/28Kv (Peak/rms).But do verify the same with other
insulation level details.

What exactly is meant by harmonics and harmonic current?? and what is skewing with regard to this??
