The tensile strength is a material property. So it will be
same for all diameters. The tensile strength has to be
determined in the laboratory by doing a tension test.

Steel of strength Depend on steel grade Fe415 415kn /mm sq and Fe450 =450kn/mm sq, Fe 500 =500kn/mm sq, Fe 550. = 550kn/mm sq but Weight by dia 6 dia =.222kg/sqm, 8 dia = .395kg/sqm, 10dia =.617kg/sqm ,12dia = .888kg/sqm 16dia= 1.580kg/sqm , 20dia = 2.469kg/sqm, 25dia =3.858kg/sqm, 28dia = 4.839kg/sqm, 32dia =6.320kg/sqm ,36dia =8kg/sqm ,40dia =9.876kg/sqm , 50dia = 15.432kg/sqm
