No, The A.C resistance is 1.6 times greater than the D.C
resistance.

Yes we can use same fuse for ac & dc
Condition: 1.Maximum output load for ac should be less than
fuse rating if we using dc fuse.
2.since in case of dc we use ac fuse but load in dc should
less than peak value of ac.
