Guys actually in any equipments there is no actual limit considerations for TRX count, actually it depends on no.r of processing boards(CPU's) used in that BSC and licence provided by the vendor, in actual scenarios we consider 1000 to 1200 trx's for a BSC, the limitations is not only for trx it is also for E1, since different funtional boards are used in BSC's say eg. For voice and data separate boards are used

it's depend on bts
i know maximum 12 trx we use in one BTS
if we have 3 sector then each sector has 4 trx

In one rack it has 1024 TRX but in two rack there is 3072

1 BSC can support 256 BTS's but 1 BTS can have 15 TRX's.thus 15 x 256 we get the total number of TRX's in a BSC
