How come this Question is in Finance forum? if u have stage
fear how are u gonna raise Finnace w/o bold liasoning from
var. sources. For a Finance personell being bold,talkative
ability to convice mass gatherings is a intergral part.

If you are into Marketing then u can simply forget the
profession if u have stage fear.

Still i will try to answer this question

Its a fear in 95% of ppl. in this world. Its a fear which a
mind can develop because of var. reasons

1) Introvert personaity of the person
2) Low Self Confidence
3) Avoiding Social Contact
4) People hater attitude.
5) Inability to face critcs
6) Short Temper
7) Low Self esteem

etc.
