yes arc should be produced bcz at last trip contacts
induced curent will beconverted into electro static energy
so that is high voltage so at that time air will act as a
dielectric medium so to form arc if arc to be avoided to
dec deelectric medium so voltage will not rise te ability
to produce arc

Does dry and oil transformers both require dedicated neutral, because in my project we are using 2500kv dry star delta transformer, where they say neutral not required and even it is not provided in our substation. can u let me know
