If one d.g. is unable to take full load of system, then
second d.g. will take care of partly Load.for this
condition RPM of both DG set should be equal.By using
Synchronization panel RPM of dg sets are match, is it true?
Answer / vinoth
For Synchronisation the following parameters needs to be matched,
*Phase voltage
*Frequency
*Speed(RPm)
In auto operated DG sets the GCP will take care of matching this parameters, In manual operated DG sets there is an option for matching the Phase voltage and frequency(i.e joystick to adjust voltage and frequency).Since the RPM is depends on the first two factors, the speed will be matched if the first two parameters are same.
