What is the formula to calculate the rating of a three
phase air circuit breaker
Answer / Narendra Singh Selal
The rating (kVA) of a three-phase air circuit breaker can be calculated using the same formula as for a miniature circuit breaker: kVA = V * I, where V is the line-to-line voltage in volts and I is the maximum current in amperes that the circuit breaker can handle.
