d means delta connection and in delta there is no nuetral
point

For Dyn11 its primary will be delta and secondary will be
star to give path to the unbalance current to earth

For DY connection Primary will be in Delta connection so their will be No Neutral option in Delta connection so fourth lead should be taken from ground.
