ip meaans ingress protection which we are standardf panels
IP 54 is using for panel , IP 54 means it protects through
moisture ,dust and water(not oil)

we are using heater in panel to dry the contacts of
switches and relays

IP ratings means international protection rating based on
australian standards.1st digit stands for range of
protection against ingress of solids 2nd digit stands for
degree of protection aainst ingress of water.in hazardous
areas we can go for IP65/IP 66 as it means 6:complete
protection against dust 5: protection against low jets/6:
protection against heavy jets.
