No. The Isolator does not not have making capacity.
The Isolator will be used in either side of the Circuit breaker. The circuit breaker does the operation of Making and breaking the circuit. Always there will be interlock between the isolator and breaker.
The isolator will be closed before closing the breaker and isolator is opened after circuit breaker is opened.
