solenoid valve has coil wounded over a plunger acts as a
valve if directly mounted.otherwise it is used with a
manifold to open to open and close the valve.
principle:
when the supply is given to SOV,the coil energies and moves
the plunger towards it.therefore it opens the path.

in solenoid valve there is a hollow spindle in which
plunger moves whenever the supply given to coil, magnetic
field generates and the plunger will move towards the
magnetic field, the coil which mounts on the spindle of the
valve that supply may be 220 v ac or 24v dc.and also we can
check soenoid valve by manually by twist the screw.

An atmospheric storage tank has a diameter of 20 m and a height of 8m.It is half-full of liquid with the remainder of the space containing air normally at atmospheric pressure. If the connection to atmosphere is accidentally closed off and 10 cubic m of liquid removed, what happens to the internal pressure of the tank? What are the possible consequences for the tank?
I was working on calibrating turbidity transmitters endress+hauser at effluent polishing plant. We calibrated using NTU buffers. What happened is that when we immersed the sensor, everytime we raise and lower the sensor gradually, the reading will vary.my question is that is there any specifications on what is the required distance from the bottom of the container with buffer to the face of the sensor? Is it ok to install the sensor in a medium which has turbulence specially if bubbles are present?
In control valve proximity inductive sensor is taken as digital feedback for full open and full close.Normally its volts 24v when the sensor acts the feed back voltage 14v so that our relay not indicating in plc panel . kindly give the solution.
Is it possible to convert 4 wire transmitter to convert to 2 wire with additional relay. Please send detial with drawing,i will appreciate.
