what r the question asked in interview of gate,is it related to course?
what is mean by reflux ratio?
In a Laplace Transform Table, the Laplace transfer function of f(t) is F(s). When d(t) = f(t) then 1 = F(s). When x(t) = f(t) then X(s) = F(s). If d(t) is the impulse of a spring when d(t) = kx(t), then derive the equation for the impulse of a spring as X(s) in term of k. Next question : A controller has a transfer function a and the other controller has a transfer function b. The overall transfer function of both controllers is ab. What is the transfer function overall when both controllers have similar transfer function 1 / (Cs k)?

Repected sir/Madam, I am goingb to face IOCL technical as well as HR interview, can you forward your hellpfull hand for toward me to sort out my problem by giving some imp interview quetion which is generally asked in chemical industries such like IOCL,HPCL,ONGC,BPCL,RIL,etc I will always thankfull to you,for sharing your profficient knowledge with me and making me somewhat technically sound

ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL ENGINEERING - EXAMPLE 34.34 : A biochemical engineering company has stock P = 20,000 shares of M % preferred stock of Q = $100 par and N number of shares of $20 par common stock. In year 1 : $10,000 is distributed as dividend. In year 2 : $25,000 is distributed as dividend. Let (Total Dividend) = (Dividend for Preferred Stock) + (Dividend for Common Stock). (a) In year 1, calculate the amount distributed as dividend for preferred stock, when no dividend was distributed for common stock. (b) In year 2, the amount distributed for common stock was $5000. Find the values of M and N, when the dividend per share for common stock is $0.05.
