THESE ARE INDEPENDANT OF EACH OTHER.
E.G. IN INDIAN POWER SYSTEM, FREQUENCY IS STANDARD AS 50HZ
BUT VOLTAGE VARIES 230V, 440V, 11KV, 33KV, 66KV, 132KV,
220KV, 400KV, 765 KV ETC
