A-Check (Daily routein Check)
1. Check oil level.
2. Check cleanliness of DG
3. Check Battery Voltage
4. Check any Leakage
5. Check all filter condition
6. Check oil Level
7. Check coolent Level
8. Check Check V-Belt condition
B-Check (Every 300- 350 Hrs.)
1. Change oil.
2. Change oil filter,fuel filter,bypass filter.
3. Change Air Filter.
4. Change water Separator
5. Radiator cleaning with chamical
C-Check (Every 800-1500 Hrs.)
1. Change oil.
2. Change oil filter,fuel filter,bypass filter.
3. Change Air Filter.
4. Change water Separator
5. Radiator cleaning with chamical
6. Check All Electrical terminal & thimbles
7. Check polution level
D-check (Every 3000- 5000 Hrs.)
1. Complete DG set should be dismental.
2. Turbo charger service
3. Injector Pin service
4. Cylinder Head service
5. PT Pump sevice &
6. Repeat same B-Check process.
If your DG set running hours more than 10,000 then in D-
Check You should need to be
1. Change Piston Bearing,
2. Change nozels,
3. Piston Cylinder also need to be change.
4. Change Canopy filter if require
5. Check polution level

A 3PH MOTOR RUNNING IN NORMAL CONDITION AND ITS AMPERE ALSO UNDER ITS FULL LOAD CURRENT,ITS CABLE RATINGS ALSO HIGER THN ITS CAPACITY,BUT ITS CABLE GETTING ABNORMAL HEAT(NOT TOO HOT)WHY ITS GETTING HOT LIK THIS?
what is PDU in transformer?? which company manufacture??
I have carried out wiring for lighting in a shed in Industrial area which contains Metal halide lamps & have balanced in 3ph.Now when we put all the lines on in the daytime the current taken at 3phases at MCB comes to be equal i.e.28,29,28Amps respectively but in the night time i.e between 7p.m.to 11p.m. at the same MCb the current is 52,59,62Amp, though I have fit 63A MCB it is tripping in the above period. What may be the reason.? Note: This industry is located in industrial area where majority of steel ingot manufacturing plants are there. Whether this may be due to harmonic? what should I do to overcome above problem.pl suggest urgently.
