1.Normally for villages we will use 415 volt supply.if we
use two different transformers we cant interchange neutral
because in transformer secondary side neutral will be
earthed.if you interchange means circuit will not closed.

if single phase supply 230vac,then nothing happens

In distribution if neutral interchanged but both is healthy
nothing happened,in case one neutral got loosed or opened
than unbalanced voltage will be induced in each phase and
it may be in KV for Milli sec. also so will fused electronic
component also, you also hear that due to GEB high voltage
television got fused this happen due to neutral shifting.
