1) Make sure one more time that you got the answer from the
client what you expected.
2) Get it documented ASAP, for not to allow the client to
change the word.
3) Have some friendly talk and give some useful information
to him like a PR on new product or new business venture of
ur company or new plans of introducing new product lines
etc.
4) Don't make the entire deal as fully closed , keep some
hidden gaps
5) fix the next appointment time and date.
