in 2 wire transmitter POWER AND SIGNAL SAME CABLES i.e in 2
wires,
in 3 wire transmitter POWER AND SIGNAL WITH EARTHING
4 WIRE--------- 2 cables for POWER another 2 for SIGNAL
POWER (SOURCE): 24V DC
SIGNAL(O/P) : 4-20mA

mostly in industry of petrochemical we will use only 2 wire
in which power and signal
actually signal will be 4-20 ma
power will be only 24 v so as it will send and same will
recieve it.

The Reason of using two or Four wire transmitter is of
length of Wire means if the transmitter is mounted at a far
distance from the Controller we will use four wire if it is
near we will use two wire.
Means it is the matter of Accurately measuring the pressure.

I have a problem with a valve (air to close). When it is fully closed and try to open 1% it doesn't responce till 3% open suddenly more than 3% then back to 3%. I tried to tune positioner then removed it, the problem still exist. Any idea
