i am going to tell firstly my strength-
i understand my responsibility and duties-when i got any
work with deadline,i always like to finish it within the
given time becouse i dont want to wast my time and others
also.
i always learn from my past mistakes...
wekness-i dont have a good communication skill but i am
tring to overcome it....
i am very emotional person...

my strenghts are transactional leadership skills, networking, sense of individualization, positivity, empathy, persuasion and passion.

1. I'm trying to improve my analytical skills. As everyday
