Morale is whether a person is happy at his place or work or
not and motivation is whether a person has adequate
incentives to put in his best efforts and work with full
enthusiasm.

Morale :a subjective phenomenon usually attached to the
positive working sentiments and state of minds of a group.
Motivation:a subjective phenomenon which originitaes from
an unsatisfied need and further propels an individual to
channelise his behaviour in such a way that he satiates his
need.

In few of my interviews, the interviewers asked a question as ' Do you have any questions to ask? ' First thing that came to me is 'No'.Later I realized that this was not the right answer and I should provide an answer that is,as apt as the job i was going to seek at that time.Any better answer to this query?
