appoint more skilled eligible person, who can understand
each level of ups and down, give them fullfledged facility
as per the human resource rules. Instead of appointing
three four employees who doesnot know anything, train them
which of waste.

At this crucial moment, shall have to recruit phenomenal
candidate who has ability to manage the present condition
of organization very skillful.Provide significant training
to the personnel to reinforce them.Only through personnel
