hallo my dear friendrs
If slab is less then 4.5 m then we remove shuttring after 7
days and if grater then 4.5 m then we remove shuttring
after 14 days not the strength of concrete.

Hi Veeramani, it's Reddy here. First of all the basic
criteria for De shuttering is 1. Type of formwork i.e.
Vertical Form work for Columns, Soffit form work for
Slabs/Bems etc 2. The Effective Span of the member
Deshuttering period neither depends on Grade nor Depends on
Curing period according to IS 456 - 2000.

Higher the Grade, Lesser will be the period for deshuttering

As per IS 456:2000, the slab shuttering can be removed
after 3 days but immediate after removal of shuttering
proping of the slab need to be done and for beam the
shuttering can be removed after 7 days subject to proping.
Advisable
slab shuttering removal- 7days
Beam bottom less than 6 meter- 14 days
Beam bottom greater than 6 meter- 21days

as per IS456 Centering deshuttering period is depends upon
the span of the beam / slab.
Span less than or equal to 3m is 14days
Span more than 3m is 21 days.

use 1:1.5:3 concrete footing size 9'9" *9'9" and square 12" and also trapezoidal 22" use of 4 columns. calculate how much amount f concrete use. and also tell me the details about course aggregate and fine aggregate and cement bags use .(note; 20mm coures aggregate use)
