Answer / santosh kawade
If neutral is in open condition with single phase load, all
phase voltages will became unbalance, if load is lighting
load or home appliances there is high chances of lighting
bulbs will fuse or home appliances will burn.

Simply your circuit is open circuit. No voltage appears
across your load. If your neutral is connected to ground at
panel end, then it behaves as before.

It depends where the neutral is in
open condition.
when all three phases are loaded with
single phase load and the main neutral
is in open condition than the voltage
across the load will vary according to
the load and the voltage can be as high
as phase to phase voltage thus resulting
in damage to electrical equipments, but
if they are loaded symmetrical than the
phase currents are balanced internally
and the voltage across the phases are balanced.
