become earthed. it may be at the time of changing carbon
brushes.

we have to check the status of zero sequence relay..
if its not affected then there is not any earth fault

with the help of multimeter at rotor both end.but one side
wire who is grounded must be grounded.

why the transformer connected like STAR- STAR, DELTA- DELTA, STAR- DELTA, DELTA-STAR ...? why these connections ,,, explain the advantages these connections?
