RTCC is Remote Tap Change Circuit is connected to OLTC of 
Transformer through control cables. It raise & lower the 
voltage as accordingly specified by controlling the motor 
drive in OLTC electrically (and manually through Push 
Buttons) 
In RTCC an AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator)is fixed to 
maintain the output voltage level(raise & lower) by 
controlling the motor. 

Trafo ratio is 11kV/6.6kv,Vector group is YND11. What will be the effect if secondary is used for earthed system.
